Appointment of the Chief Executive.- (1) The State Government shall appoint an Officer who shall be the Chief Executive and Administrative Officer for the Authority. (2) The Chief Executive shall receive monthly salary and other allowances as the Authority may from time to time determine. (3) The Chief Executive shall have all the powers of a Secretary to the Government.
