Power to establish constituent College, additional campuses, Regional Centers or Study Centers.- The University may have Constituent Colleges, Regional Centers, additional campuses and Study Centers at such places in the State as it deems fit after the completion of five years after its establishment subject to the prior permission of the and the University Grants Commission and then the Government.
