Power to make rules by the State Government 3 STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS Act 18 of 2018.- The Khaja Bandanawaz Educational Society, Kalaburagi has come forward to establish private University in the State. The establishment of a private university by a well-known organization would certainly help in spreading the quality education to the needy students. Keeping in view the above, it is considered necessary to provide for establishment of a private University in the name of the Khaja Bandanawaz Educational Society. This private university focuses on to promote and undertake the instruction, Teaching, training, consultancy, research and development in one or more fields such as science, engineering, technology, Humanities, social sciences, education, Management, Commerce, Economics, Law, Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Care Sports, and Skills for Advancement of Humankind etc. and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
