Omitted by Act 8 of 1985 w.e.f. 1.6.1984. (3) The remuneration, allowances and conditions of service of the 1[Chief Executive Officer and the Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer]1 shall be such as the State Government may specify, and their remuneration and allowances shall be paid from the funds of the Board. (4) Subject to such rules as may be prescribed, the Board may appoint such members of the staff as it may consider necessary. (5) The remuneration, allowances and other conditions of service of the members of the staff of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed.
