Officers of the University.- The University shall consist of the following officers, namely:- (1) The Chancellor, (2) The Pro-Chancellor, (3) The Vice-Chancellor, (4) The Dean of Faculties, (5) The Registrar, (6) The Finance Officer, and (7) Such other persons as may be declared by the statutes to be officers of the University.
