The Director of Academic, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Board.- The Director of Academic, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Board shall be a whole time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate. He shall possess such qualifications and exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
