Power to establish constituent College, additional campuses, Regional Centers or Study Centers.- The University may have Constituent Colleges, Regional Centers, additional campuses and Study Centers at such places in the State as it deems fit after the completion of five years after its establishment with prior approval of the State Government subject to norms of UGC and other National Accreditation bodies.
