Composition of the Authority - The Authority shall consist of the following members namely:- (1) The Chief Minister -Chairman; (2) The Minister in charge of the Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science and Technology. - Vice-chairman (3) Not more than five Ex-officio members as the Government may nominate in the manner as may be prescribed. - Member (4) The Additional Chief Secretary /Principal Secretary/ Secretary to Government, Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science and Technology, - Member (5) The Director, Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science and Technology. - Member-Secretary
