Meetings of the Board.- (1) The Board shall meet at least once in three months ordinarily at Bangalore or at such other place as the Board may decide and may regulate its own procedure including the quorum in regard to the transaction of business at its meeting. (2) The Chairman or in his absence, any member chosen by the members present from among themselves, shall preside over the meeting of the Board. CHAPTER - IV Offences and Penalties
