Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person including Chairman or other members of the Management Board or State Level Empowered Committee or against State Government or any officer or employee of State Government in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made there under.
