Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Information Technology Investment Regions Act, 2010. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government, may, by notification, appoint. (This Act has come into force w.e.f.29.7.2010 by Notification No.ITD 22 MDA 2008(P), Dated:10.11.2010.)
