Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit or legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairman or other members of the State High Level Clearance Committee or State Level Single Window Clearance Committee or District Level Single Window Clearance Committee or any employee of such Committee in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
