Penalties.—Any employer who contravenes any of the provisions of section 3 1[or section 3A]1 or section 5 shall be punishable with fine which, for the first offence may extend to 2[one hundred and twenty-five rupees]2 and for a second and subsequent offences may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees.
