Establishment and incorporation.- For the purposes of securing the establishment of industrial areas in the 1[State of Karnataka]1 and generally for promoting the rapid and orderly establishment and development of industries 2[and for providing industrial infrastructual facilities and amenity]2 in industrial areas in the 1[State of Karnataka]1, there shall be established by the State Government by notification a Board by the name of the 1[Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board]1.
