Power to make regulations.- (1) The Board, may, with the previous approval of the State Government, by notification make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, to carry out the purposes of this Act. 22 (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for,- (a) the time and place of meeting of the Board and the procedure to be followed in regard to the transaction of business at such meetings under section 8; (b) the terms and conditions under which the Board may dispose of land: (c) any other matter which has to be, or may be, provided by regulations.
