Recovery of sums due to the Board as arrears of land revenue.- All sums payable by any person to the Board or recoverable by it by or under this Act and all charges or expenses incurred in connection therewith shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable, as an arrear of land revenue on the application of the Board.
