Employees of the Board.- (1) The State Government shall appoint an officer of the State Government as the Executive Member of the Board who shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Board. His terms and conditions of office shall be such as may be determined by the State Government. (2) The Board may appoint such employees subordinate to the Executive Member, as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its duties and functions. The terms and conditions of service of the said employees shall be such as may be determined by regulations made under this Act. 11
