Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Board, the Chairman, member, officer or servant of the Board or any person acting under the orders or directions of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or bye-law made thereunder.
