Constitution of the Board.- The Board shall consist of the following members, namely:- 9 (a) a Chairman who shall be appointed by the Government; (b) an officer of the Town and Country Planning Department not below the rank of an Assistant Director of Town and Country Planning appointed by the Government; (c) the Executive Engineer of the division; 1[(cc) two persons, of whom one shall be a woman and one shall be a person belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes, who shall be appointed by the Government;]1
