Removal of doubt regarding non-applicability of the 1[Karnataka]1 Rent Control Act, 1961.—For the removal of doubt, it is hereby declared that the 1[Karnataka]1 Rent Control Act, 1961,— (a) shall not apply to any house belonging to or vesting in the Board under or for the purposes of this Act; (b) shall not apply as against the Board to any tenancies or other like relationship created by the Board in respect of such house, but (c) shall apply to any house let to the Board.
