Power to make rules.—(1) The State Government may, by notification and subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may be made for all or any of the following purposes, namely:— 33 [Act 10 of 1963] (a) the allowances 1[of the Chairman and other members]1 and remuneration and conditions of service under section 6;
