Notice of suit against Board.—No person shall commence any suit against the Board 1[,Housing Commissioner, Chief Engineer, Secretary]1 or against any officer or servant of the Board or any person acting under the orders of the Board, for anything done or purporting to be done in pursuance of this Act, without giving to the Board 1[,Housing Commissioner, Chief Engineer, Secretary]1 officer or servant or person concerned two months’ previous notice in writing of the intended suit and of the cause thereof, nor after six months from the date of the act complained of.
