Conditions relating to housing accommodation provided by employers after commencement of Act.—Save as otherwise provided by this Act, after the commencement of this Act, where any employer provides housing accommodation for his employees, such housing accommodation shall comply, and be in accordance, with such conditions and provisions as may be prescribed.
