Duty of the Board to inspect working class houses.—It shall be the duty of the Board to cause an inspection to be made from time to time of houses occupied by working class people and the areas in which such houses are located with a view to ascertaining whether such houses are fit for human habitation and whether such areas are maintained in a proper condition so as to ensure the safety, health and well-being of working class people.
