Duties of the Tribunal.—The Tribunal shall,— (a) decide whether any compensation is payable under section 26; (b) decide the amount of compensation in matters referred to it under section 28; (c) decide disputes relating to betterment charges referred to it under section 35; 23 [Act 10 of 1963] (d) decide disputes and the amount of compensation to be awarded under section 39; and (e) decide such other matters as may be prescribed by the rules made in this behalf.
