Sanctioned housing schemes 2[and land development schemes]2 to be executed.—1[(1)]1 After the programme has been sanctioned and published by the State Government under sections 20 and 21, the Board shall, subject to the provisions of section 23, proceed to execute the 3[housing scheme, land development scheme or labour housing scheme]3 included in the programme.
