Meetings of the Board.—The Board shall meet and shall from time to time make such bye-laws with respect to the day, time, place, notice, management and adjournment of its meetings as it thinks fit, subject to the following provisions, namely:— (a) an ordinary meeting shall be held once at least every two months; (b) the Chairman may, whenever he thinks fit, call for special meetings; (c) the quorum for every meeting shall be 1[seven]1;
