Exemption from serving on inquests, etc.—Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, every registered practitioner shall be exempt, if he so desires, from serving on an inquest, or as a juror under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Central Act V of 1898).
