Court of Examiners.—(1) The State Government may, by notification, constitute a Court of Examiners which shall consist of seven persons including the Chairman, as follows:— (i) the 1[Director of Indian Systems of Medicine and Homeopathy in Karnataka]1 who shall be the Chairman of the Court;
