Court fees.- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Karnataka Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1958, no Court fee shall be payable in respect of any suit, petition or application filled under this Act by the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner or Assistant Commissioner in his official capacity.
