Constitution of Architectural Committee

Constitution of Architectural Committee.- (1) The State Government may constitute for the state, a committee called Architectural committee consisting of the following members, namely:- (i) An officer of the rank of the Superintending Engineer of the Department of Architecture appointed by the Government shall be the Ex-officio Chairman (ii) The Chairman of the Shilpakala Parishat Member (iii) One Stapathi nominated by the State Government Member (iv) One Agama expert nominated by the State Government Member (v) One Vaastu expert nominated by the State Government Member (2) The term of the members other than the Chairman of the Architectural Committee shall be three years. (3) The age, qualification of the members and the powers and functions of the Architectural Committee shall be such as may be prescribed.]1 45
