Commissioner and other officers to be Government servants.- The Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioners, Tahsildars, Inspectors and other officers and subordinate staff appointed under this Act shall be Government servants and they shall draw their pay and allowances from the consolidated fund of the State.
