Transfers to Common Pool Fund.- The Commissioner shall on the orders of the State Government transfer the following amounts to the common pool fund, namely:- (a) The un-utilised portion of grants made by the State Government for the repairs or renovations or construction of new places of worship. (b) funds of defunct Hindu Relegious institutions; (c) any other sums which the State Government may direct.
