Bar of jurisdiction by Civil Courts

Bar of jurisdiction by Civil Courts.- No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain or decide any suit or other proceedings in respect of any matter which the Government or the Authority is empowered by this act to determine and no injunction shall be granted by any court, in respect of any action taken or proposed to be taken by the Government or the Authority in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act.
