Power to remove difficulty.- (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the Karnataka Ground water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) (Amendment) Act, 2024 the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make such provisions as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that, no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of the Karnataka Ground water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) (Amendment) Act, 2024. (2) Every order made under sub-section (1), shall as soon as after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
