Salary and Conditions of service of the Joint Commissioner.- The Joint Commissioner shall be paid out of the Municipal Fund of the City Corporation such monthly salary and such allowances, if any, as may from time to time be fixed by the Government and shall also be given such facilities in relation to residential accommodation, conveyance and such other facilities as may be fixed by the Government.
