Reservation of the office of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor- There shall be reservation made by the State Government for the office of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of the City Corporation, for the persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and women, by rotation on occurrence of vacancy in such manner, as may be prescribed.
