Indemnity to Government, City Corporation authorities, officers and servants.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Authority or any City Corporation authority, officer, or servant or any person acting under the direction of the Government or any City Corporation authority, officer or servant, in respect of anything done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act, or any rule, bye-law, regulation or order made there under.
