Penalty for un-authorised use of the Corporation property.- Whoever dishonestly misappropriates or converts to his own use any Corporation property or puts into improper or un-authorised use such property shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees or with both.
