Appeal to the Chief Commissioner.- (1) Any person aggrieved by any notice issued or action taken or proposed to be taken by the Commissioner under this Chapter may appeal to the Chief Commissioner, Greater Bengaluru Authority. (2) The decision of the Chief Commissioner shall be final.
