Appeal against the decisions of the Commissioner.– (1) Person aggrieved by the decision of the Commissioner may appeal to the Chief Commissioner, Greater Bengaluru Authority within thirty days from the date of receipt of such decision. (2) The Chief Commissioner, Greater Bengaluru Authority shall decide the matters referred to him under sub-section (1) within the period of ninety days from thereof.
