The Authorities of the City Corporation.- The following shall be the Authorities of the City Corporation who shall carry out the provisions of the Act, namely:- (a) The Mayor; (b) The Commissioner; (c) The Joint Commissioners; (d) The Standing Committees; and (e) The Ward Committees.
