Power of entry into building, etc., where infectious disease exists.- The Secretary or any person authorised by the Grama Panchayat in this behalf may enter at any time after reasonable notice, any building or premises in which any infectious disease is reported or suspected to exist, for the purpose of inspecting such building or premises. No such inspection shall be made except between sunrise and sunset.
