Minutes.- (1) Minutes shall be kept of the names of the members and of the officers, if any present and of the proceedings at each meeting of the Grama Panchayat and if any member present at the meeting so desires, of the names of the members voting respectively for or against any resolution in a book to be provided for the purpose and after they are read over and agreed to shall be signed by the Adhyaksha or Upadhyaksha or person presiding at such meetings, and shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by any member of the Grama Panchayat. Any person may inspect the copy of the minutes of the meeting. The minute book shall always be kept in the office of the Grama Panchayat and shall be in the custody of the Secretary of the Grama Panchayat. 1[A copy of the proceedings shall be displayed within three days from the date of the meeting on the notice board of the Grama Panchayat along with the details of the names of the members voting respectively for or against the resolutions passed in the meetings.] 1
