Amendment of Schedules I, II and III.- The Government may, 1[in consultation with the State Panchayat Council] 1 by notification, in the official Gazette omit, amend or add any activity, programme or scheme covered by or mentioned in Schedule I, II or III. On the issue of such notification the Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly. Every such notification shall be placed before each House of the State Legislature.
