Taluk Panchayat plan.– (1) The Taluk Panchayats shall be responsible for consolidating the plans in digital form of all Gram Panchayats at the Taluk level to place them before the taluk planning and development committee constituted under section 309D. (2) The Taluk Panchayat shall also send a digital copy of this plan to the zilla panchayat.
