Preparation of Development Plan.- (1) Every Grama Panchayat shall 1[having due regard to the development programes suggested by the Grama Sabha] 1 prepare every year 195 a development plan and 1[forward] 1 it to the Taluk Panchayat before such date and in such form as may be prescribed.
