Transmission of accounts.- The Grama Panchayat shall, as soon as the annual accounts have finally passed by it, transmit a copy thereof to the Zilla Panchayat in the form prescribed and shall furnish such details and vouchers relating to the same as the Zilla Panchayat may, from tine to time, direct.
