Inquiry into affairs of Grama Panchayat, Taluk Panchayat, Zilla Panchayat by the Government.- (1) The Government may, at any time for reasons to be recorded, cause an inquiry to be made by any of its officers in regard to any Grama Panchayat, Taluk Panchayat or Zilla Panchayat on 1[specific] 1 matters concerning it, or any matter with respect to which the sanction, approval consent or orders of the Government is required under this Act.
