1[Government] 1 and Chief Executive Officer's powers in respect of Grama Panchayat, Taluk Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat.- (1) The Chief Executive Officer may in respect of Taluk Panchayat and Grama Panchayat exercise the following powers,-
